"I recommend taking your usual size. If you're between sizes, then try the larger size to avoid your heel from 'hanging over' the back. I discourage clients from buying larger sizes in order to get greater width. If you need more width, then buy the size that fits you best in length and take your new shoes to a cobbler to be stretched for more width."
